And make a huge mess while I am at it! Good thing Mom thought to take off my nice shirt first!

Just like Dad

When Warren talks on the phone, he paces from the living room to the kitchen and back again. Today Kenna picked up one of Warren's ties (he left it on the couch last night) and put it around her- then picked up the cordless phone that we don't use and then walked from the living room into the kitchen. I can't believe what she picks up on - and so fast!

SUGAR!

Warren was eating one of those Dip sugar things- and of course Kenna wanted some. Warren shared with her and now she is on a sugar high-Since Warren fed it to her, then he gets to stay up with her!

Valentine's Day

Papa and Grandma Haws gave Kenna this cute puppy (stuffed animal) for Valentine's Day.

Sweater

Great Grandma Gerratt gave Kenna this pretty sweater for her birthday.

Home Improvements

This weekend has been the weekend of improvements on our home. My Grandpa Gerratt came and built shelves in my closet that is the kitchen- so I now have a pantry. THANK-YOU Grandpa!
I found some curtains for my living room- They bring so much color in the room.
Warren and one of the other guys in our Elders Quorum removed all the snow from our roof, adding to the snow in the front yard.- oh well at least our roof won't come collapsing in on us- right?
My mom came with Grandpa and Grandma and helped me organize Kenna's closet and all of her clothes that don't fit. THANK-YOU Mom!

So it has been a good weekend for us.

Walking

Kenna is walking! She takes a few steps and then starts to crawl. Now that she has started that is what she wants to do, even though she has a hard time keeping her balance. At her 1 year old appointment on Thursday she weighed 23 1/2 pounds and was 29 inches tall.

Sorry I don't have any new pictures of her to post.

Snow

I am so sick of the snow. It seems as though spring will never come. We actually saw the sun today- it was nice, although it was freezing outside. Since Warren has shoveled the pile in our front yard is as tall, or taller than Kenna! We had huge ice-cycles hanging from our roof- but I don't know if you can see them in the picture.
