Girls Playing

The girls in their skirts that Aunt Jenny gave them for Christmas. When Kenna hears music, she puts it on and dances.

They love the legos that Santa brought Kenna.

Wedding Cake

My sister Diane got married two weeks ago and on Saturday had her reception. I made her wedding cake for her. My mom helped me with the fondant and putting the ribbon on it. My sister Emily put the flowers on the cake. I thought that it turned out great.

Kenna's doll

We got this doll for Kenna last year at Christmas time. She hasn't really played with it until 2 days ago and every where she goes she has to have "Baby".

Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Our big surprise came today when Warren came home from work at 11:15 and told me he was off for the day-Yah!!! Just the way the schedule went this week-so now that Christmas is 9 days away- we decided that it was time to put up our tree and decorate for Christmas. We enjoyed watching the snow come down for most of the day and listening to Christmas music. I was really excited for Christmas - now I can not wait! All of the Christmas shopping is done and the presents are wrapped, (although not under the tree) so all we have to do is wait.

Our smart girl...

Last night when we got home from a meeting at the church, Warren put his helicopter on the second shelf of the bookcase- with both the controller and helicopter turned off. He walked out of the room and few minutes later we heard the helicopter going. We walked into the living room and Kenna had gotten it down- turned both of them on and was flying it around the room. Now we have to hide it so she can't find it at all.

Let it Snow!

This morning we woke up to SNOW! I am so excited- and I hope that it keeps coming so that we have lots of snow for Christmas. Warren's dad brought a sled over and pulled the girls around the backyard for a little bit. Kenna was nervous at first- and then just enjoyed having a ride.

Sugar Cookies

Tonight after dinner Kenna helped Grandma Haws make sugar cookies and decorate them. Here favorite part was putting sprinkles on the cookies.
