One Fall+2 hours in ER= 4 stitches

Last night about 10:45 we heard a thump and then crying. Warren got in the room really fast and then said "Becky, There's blood." Kenna had rolled out of bed and hit her head on the toy box. The cut is in her right eyebrow. He took Kenna into the bathroom and I grabbed a wash cloth. I cleaned her up and saw that she would need stitches. Warren called his dad to come sit with Kylie and we took Kenna to the Emergency Room. For the most part Kenna was still half asleep. We had to get her checked in, then they took us back and numbed the area. Waited for almost an hour,then a doctor came back and put the stitches in.She really didn't fight when they put the stitches in, but cried the whole time. We got home around 1 in the morning and then I rocked Kenna back to sleep. The nurse gave her a yellow teddy bear for being so good.

New Pet...

Kenna has an imaginary pet alligator. When Warren asked her what his name was she said "Sock." Most of the time he is the cupboard with my pans, but at night he sleeps under her bed "to keep the bad guys away." Yesterday on one of our walks around the block she told me to stop- when I asked why she said that the alligator wanted to splash and play in the big puddle. Most of the time I just have to hide my face while I laugh at what she says.

Memory

Kenna loves to play Memory. Kenna also has an excellent memory and once she has seen one card, she knows where it is. So if I turn over a card, and she knows where the match is- she turns over my match before I even have time to even think about turning it over. So if anyone is bored- you can come on over and challenge her to game, but don't be too sad when you don't get any matches.
