Easter

Since we had all been sick in the weekend our Easter got pushed back into the next week.  The kids had a treasure hunt to find the Easter gifts- church clothes and a picture of Christ.  We had an Easter lesson with the kids and then we colored eggs and had Daniel's birthday presents and cake.

The next Sunday the kids wore their Easter clothes but we didn't get very good pictures of them...

  

Daniel 3rd birthday

Daniel's birthday was on Easter this year.  We had all been sick the week before so it was a slow, relaxing day for us.

Warren ran to the store with the 3 older kids  and they saw the Easter Bunny and got their picture taken.

Kylie Friend Party

Kylie wanted to go swimming with her friends for her party.  We had them meet at our house and had cupcakes and opened presents then took them swimming.  Kylie had a great time.

My Birthday

Warren was able to take the day off and we had a great slow and nice day.  The girls each got me something and Warren took me to see Captain America II.  Warren had also gotten me the shelf reliance shelves for my cans for my pantry a few days earlier.

I got a necklace and a new pancake griddle.

April Fools

Today Kenna got in the car after school and said "Hey mom!  Do you want a Brownie?"  Of course I said Yes!  it had been one of those days and chocolate sounded good (and I had completely forgotten that it was April Fools).  She reached into her bag and said "Here you go!  A brown E!"  then laughed and laughed.  Good one Kenna- Good one.
