First Day of School

Today was the first day of school.  Kind of hard to see summer end, but ready to be on a good schedule again.  It was also hard to see Daniel all grown up and ready to go to school.

Bowling

Tonight we went bowling for a fun activity before school starts.

Cousin Time

Diane and her family were driving through on her way to their new home in Washington.  They stopped for a few hours to play with us.  We went to a park and then came back to our house for pizza before they got back on the road.

Kristie jumped from the opening and grabbed the bar to slide down it.... She loves to scare her mom!

Rodeo

We went over to Burley for the fair and Rodeo on Thursday.   We had a great time watching the Rodeo and spending time with family.

Funland

For the summer reading program at our public library the kids get some coupons.  One of those coupons was for the Funland.  We went over there early one evening and let the kids go on a couple of rides.

Kristie's 3rd Birthday

Kristie celebrated her birthday today!  She was so excited!  She wanted a frozen cake and toys. In the morning we got to help make apple pies.  That night we got pizza from Papa Murphy's, opened presents, and ate cake.

She also got to celebrate on Sunday with Grandma and Grandpa Haws.  She got a mickey mouse cake and opened presents.
